FAQ

Will thermal find my leak?

It flags areas consistent with moisture, heat loss or hot equipment. It is not a guaranteed leak diagnosis.

Honest limit: a roofer, electrician or core cut may still be needed to confirm what the thermal shows.

Why dawn or after sunset?

Sun on a roof heats everything and hides the differences. With the sun off, problem areas stand out.

Does anyone need to go on the roof?

Not for the inspection. The drone does the looking.

Can you fly near an airport?

If the site is in controlled airspace, we get NAV CANADA authorization before we fly.

What about privacy?

We only capture what the job needs. Faces and licence plates are blurred in anything public-facing.
